General Returns Policy
You may return any unopened and unused item purchased from Perfumaax.com for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging, including any boxes, and in the condition, you received them.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless the product is faulty or damaged. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
